I am a defendant pro se in Kings County (Brooklyn).
I have been filing and winning a civil matter and already received a Motion to Quash (MTQ) and dismissal in August 2024.
I need someone to correctly label the exhibits for my Motion to Dismiss (MTD) on appeal with the 2nd Appellate Department. My filing was kicked back for exhibit labeling, not the format itself.
Project / Help Needed (fast—likely 5–20 minutes for an expert):
1) Label the exhibits by number and name in the proper 2nd Department format.
2) Add correct PDF bookmarks to match the court’s requirements.
