Part-time Administrative Assistant
Duties include: answering phones, maintaining meeting calendar and updating status reports; confirming appointments, developing follow up system; scanning and organizing digital files. Successful candidate should have 1-3 years experience as an Administrative Assistant, working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Windows File Explorer; demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize work; and effectively communicate with clients. Estimated hours per week: 20 to 24, Monday through Thursday. This is an in-person position. Remote work is possible for a small portion of this time for the suitable candidate.
