Our client, a private equity firm, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the Business Development Team in their NYC office. The hours are 8:30-5:30pm and this role is in the office five days a week.Responsibilities:Schedule internal and external meetings and manage complex calendarsBook travel arrangements (domestic/international) including flights, hotels, and car servicesHelp with roadshow coordination and data entryHandle presentations, printed documents, and meeting materialsCoordinate logistics and assist with on-site coordination for annual meetingKeep track of records and databases, and submit expense reportsAct as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholdersQualifications:Bachelor's degree preferred5+ years of administrative experienceHighly proficient in Zoom and Microsoft Office SuiteGreat attention to detail and strong organizational skillsExcellent written and verbal communications skillsCompensation/Benefits:Up to $115K base depending on experience + overtime + bonus100% paid healthcare for employee and dependentsFree breakfast and lunch401K with match13 PTO days4/1 with flex to come in on a Friday if neededBeacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
