We are a high-volume Family Owned Construction company in need of an Office Administrative Assistant.
Responsibilities are but not limited to:
Answering incoming calls, transferring calls, taking messages
Monitoring and responding to emails from various companies
Maintaining Files & Record
Write up work orders, change orders, estimates, letter, memos, emails,
Maintaining and follow up carious schedules and deadlines.
Calling vendors for prices and lead times
Knowledge of Certified Payrolls, Requisitions
Excellent typing skills, being a hard worker, self-motivated
Traditional office duties, such as filing, copying, scanning, internet savvy, ordering supplies and day-to-day office support.
Qualifications:
Candidate must be punctual and organized
Skills with Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook Mail, & Adobe
Able to Multitask and Communicate with Others Effectively
Ability to follow instructions/procedures
Ability to work independently with little or no supervision
Independent judgment and keen decision-making skills.
Excellent typing skills,
Preferred Experience using Quickbooks,
Must be able to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Punctual, Honest, & Reliable
We are looking for someone with an upbeat personality, confident on the phone, and has good problem-solving skills.
Work days- Monday - Friday from 8AM to 4:30PM
