Administrative Assistant-Part Time-Hybrid Schedule

I am looking for someone to manage the back-end of my consulting business including client communications, accounts payable and receivable, scheduling, and general office tasks. Convenient location.

Skill Requirements: Computer programs REQUIRED include: Outlook, Word, Excel, Quickbooks. Training can be provided for our database management. Typing, organizational skills, filing, pleasant telephone manner.

1) Phone Reception – receive incoming VMs and return communications appropriately. This may involve forwarding the caller to business owner, screening an incoming case, taking information and entering into the office database.

2) Case Management and Tracking Software System. Data entry for inquiries, new clients, new and old cases, receiving payment.

3) Managing owner's Schedule on Outlook. May involve travel arrangements.

4) Maintain office including printer & supplies, maintenance, security, shredding.

5) Billing, accounts payable, accounts receivable (Quickbooks).
