We are professional and agile, and with this available position, our goal is to gain a new team member who is able to provide friendly, excellent customer service while effectively and efficiently collecting all outstanding balances.
Entry Level Collection Representative & Office Work
Duties:
- Maintaining & Following up on all open balances/invoices on accounts
- Making collection phone calls & obtaining payments over the phone/providing payment details.
- Utilize knowledge of debits and credits to accurately record financial transactions
- Specialize in construction collection practices and procedures
- Provide exceptional customer service to address inquiries and resolve issues
- Strong math skills to accurately calculate balances, interest, and payment plans
Skills/Requirements for Position:
- Minimum 1 years of experience in collections
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent Communication Skills and Phone Etiquette
- Excellent Customer Service
- Knowledge in Account Receivable analysis
- Knowledge with Debits and credits
- Experiences with Construction/trade collection practices
- Understanding Financial concepts
- Strong math skills
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
