Our client, a global investigative and crisis management firm, is seeking a Part-Time Temporary to Permanent Executive/Personal Assistant to support the President. This role guarantees anywhere from 20-25 hours per week with a flexible schedule and pays up to $30/hr. There may be some occasional weekend support needed here and there.Key ResponsibilitiesMatter coordination: Coordinate professionals inside and outside the firm, gather updates, and brief leadership, so client updates can be delivered promptly and accurately.Support firm leadership: Anticipate needs, resolve problems, and keep non-core tasks off leadership's desk.Billing & administration: Ensure time is entered into the billing system, proofread pre-bills and invoices. Manage and resolve issues with platforms or vendors.Client interaction: Follow up on invoices and payments with professionalism.
