This is a part-time position for a competent and dependable problem solver, a self-starter who speaks French, with discretion and common sense, to help with a variety of tasks for a private family with diverse needs. You will help manage care-giving for elderly parents, tasks such as ordering and keeping track of supplies, helping to supervise a property and employee team remotely, assisting with research of products, coordinating with other entities that work for the family, running errands for the family, etc. Flexibility is a must. The position is largely remote, but you may also be asked to work in Manhattan at times in person at various locations. The family hopes to find someone trustworthy who would stay with them long-term. Initially you will be asked to work 10-20 hours per week, though this may change. $30/ hr; hours are usually flexible. There is the possibility of full health insurance benefits if you are a good fit and end up working 20+ hours per week. College degree or equivalent and fluent English necessary.
