Location: Onsite – Park Ave, New York, NY

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented professional to support our Internal Audit team and coordinate risk management processes across North America. Reporting to the Senior Director of Internal Audit, this role is focused on managing various insurance policies and handling ad-hoc claims for operations in the United States and Canada. The ideal candidate will collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely policy renewals in compliance with relevant laws and regulations. This position acts as the primary liaison between employees and external brokers to address business needs effectively.

Major Responsibilities:

Manage the renewal process for multiple insurance policies, including Property, Casualty, and Cyber coverage.

Communicate with insurance brokers and carriers to analyze policy documents and renewal terms.

Maintain accurate records of all insurance policies, renewals, and related documentation.

Process monthly Casualty invoice payments and manage the loss run process.

Respond to ad hoc inquiries, claims, and incidents from the business, coordinating with insurance brokers and carriers as needed.

Allocate insurance premium costs and provide bi-annual updates to the business on cost estimates.

Support the Internal Audit team with ad hoc data analysis and compliance-related administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

Experience / Background:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in Commercial Lines Package policies, including Property, Casualty, and Cyber coverage.

Underwriter or agency experience with a strong understanding of rating bases and policy limits.

Education / Certification:

Associate’s Degree required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Proven ability to utilize data systems for research and analysis.

High level of service aptitude and a natural drive to meet business needs.

Exceptional questioning and deductive reasoning skills.

Resilience and emotional intelligence in high-pressure situations.
