We are looking for a reliable and organized Office Assistant to join our team. This position plays an important role in keeping our front office running smoothly and ensuring excellent customer service for our clients.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers and provide friendly, professional assistance
Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage calendar
Keep records organized, including customer information and daily logs
Maintain a clean and tidy reception area
Handle basic administrative tasks such as filing, printing, quicbooks and data entry
Communicate with staff and help coordinate daily operations
Support management with any additional tasks as needed
Requirements:
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills (email, scheduling apps, simple spreadsheets)
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Prior receptionist or office experience is a plus, but not required
