We are looking for an Experienced Office Person and Insurance Verification Person (1 person) needed for a private practice (mental health counseling).
Candidate must be a MATURE individual who is comfortable handling multiple tasks and has a professional phone manner.
Review and ensure accuracy on all accounts; verifying appropriate insurance, policy, claim, billing and patient’s address for each payer and eligibility prior to billing. Perform billing for all private insurances.
Perform duties being a team player and having a focus on excellent customer service
Effectively communicate with referring insurance carriers and patients. Generate weekly and monthly reports as required
Ensure to follow HIPAA compliance to protect patient privacy
Perform other duties as assigned – Filing and organizing
