Job Title: Dispatcher / Office Support – Towing & Recovery

Location: Tarrytown, NY

Position Summary:

This role involves dispatching drivers, coordinating service calls, and assisting with light office billing and administrative duties. The ideal candidate will know the Tri-State area, have excellent communication skills, and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Answer incoming service calls and accurately enter job details into the system.

Dispatch drivers and coordinate routes for quick response times.

Monitor driver status and update customers as needed.

Handle light billing: invoices, payments, and office records.

Assist with filing, data entry, and administrative office tasks.

Deliver excellent customer service to clients, drivers, and vendors.

Requirements:

Prior dispatching experience preferred (towing/transport industry a plus).

Familiarity with the Tri-State area (NY, NJ, CT) required.

Strong multitasking and organizational skills.

Basic computer knowledge (Word, Excel, email).

Professional communication and phone skills.

Reliable and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule & Compensation:
