We are seeking a dedicated and bilingual (English/Spanish) Patient Services Representative to join our team. If you have at least 1 year of administrative experience and are passionate about providing excellent patient care, we want to hear from you
Key Responsibilities:
-Greet and assist patients in person and over the phone, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
-Schedule patient appointments and manage patient records with accuracy and confidentiality.
-Provide information about our services and address patient inquiries.
-Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
-Collaborate with medical staff to ensure smooth operations and effective patient care.
Requirements:
-Bilingual: Proficient in both English and Spanish.
-Minimum of 1 year of administrative experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
-Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.
