Private Holding Company located in Meatpacking District, Manhattan is seeking to hire a Temporary Executive Assistant to support the Head of Client Services for 1-2 months of coverage. This role is requiring 5 days a week onsite from 8am-6pm, and availability after-hours is required. Pay rate up to $50/hour DOE. Responsibilities:Provide calendar management of internal and external meetings for Head of Client Services Regularly interface with high-profile professionals, communicate on behalf of the Client Services team to clients, investors, partners, board members, and team managersCollect and prepare information for the team, create and edit presentations, spreadsheets and other documents as neededCoordinate business travel logistics, creating itineraries and making travel arrangements Manage large-scale vendor projects and other ad-hoc projects upon requestsManage expense reports and vendor invoices as neededQualifications:3+ years of experience supporting senior level executives preferably in the Finance/Investment industry Experience in a fast-paced environment supporting a C-level executive a plus Quick and agile thinker / learner able to function well in a fast-paced, high intensity, and rapidly evolving environmentProven ability to meet deadlines, multi-task, and take full ownership of responsibilitiesAbility to react with appropriate levels of urgency to situations that require quick turnaround or response Flexible and resilient with an eagerness to learn, receptive to constructive feedback Detail oriented with excellent time management and organizational skills High level of integrity, discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality Ability to anticipate the needs of the executive, the team, and the company Tech-savvy and resourceful Proactive, positive, energetic personality with a can-do attitudeExcellent written and verbal skills Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including proficiency in ExcelBeacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
