P/T DATA - Entry Assistant
This is a great opportunity for candidates who have an interest in the Healthcare Industry. In order to be successful as a Assistant you must possess good computer skills , Excel & Organizational skills. The Assistant's duties include but not limited to placing orders via online, or over the phone with existing suppliers and new suppliers , contact departments with questions about supply requests; and check on the whereabouts of supplies if there is a delay in shipping.
The ideal candidate: a multi-tasker, but does not lose attention to detail is well-organized and punctual has excellent communication skills shows willingness to learn is an energetic person with positive attitude .
