We are dedicated to excellence in construction and property management, and we are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team in a dual role as a Property Manager and Executive Assistant.

Position: Property Manager and Executive's Assistant

Location: Ridgewood, NY

Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

1. Property Management:

Oversee and manage various real estate properties including residential, commercial, and industrial.

First point of contact for residential and commercial tenants, build and maintain positive relationships with tenants, addressing their needs and concerns with empathy and professionalism, managing lease agreements and rent payments, and ensuring a high level of tenant satisfaction.

Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and leasing brokers for maintenance, repairs, and leasing activities.

Implement and utilize rental management software (e.g., Yardi) for efficient property management.

Conduct regular property inspections and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Occasional work outside of standard business hours may be required.

Represent ownership in court hearings if necessary.

2. Executive Assistance:

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team.

Manage and coordinate the executive's schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the executive.

Act as a liaison between the executive and internal departments as well as external contacts.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in the real estate industry (sales, brokering, tenant management, etc.).

Familiarity with rental management software, preferably Yardi.

Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively interacting with tenants, vendors, and professionals.

Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Experience in managerial roles, demonstrating leadership and problem-solving skills.

Desired Skills:

Detail-oriented, thoughtful, and thorough in approach.

Highly developed social skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of individuals, while abiding by strict confidentiality requirements.

Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative work style.

Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop and or AutoCAD a plus.

What We Offer:

$55,000 to $65,000 per year.
