Job Description: Seeking an individual to cultivate referral partnerships nationwide, focusing on independent sales organizations (ISOs). Responsibilities include building a broker network in the MCA industry, facilitating credit decisions, monitoring deal performance metrics, maintaining market share, and achieving volume targets.
Responsibilities
· Develop & manage relationships with ISOs
· Oversee ISO deal flow
· Monitor ISO performance
· Provide ongoing support and guidance to the ISOs and internal ISO Managers
Qualifications and Skills:
· 2-3 years of Merchant Cash Advance Industry experience
· Existing book of business/contacts
· Proficiency with CRM tools
· Strong drive to generate new business
· Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
· Outgoing and energetic personality
