Key Responsibilities:
-Assist customers in selecting furniture, home goods, and accessories to meet their needs.
-Provide outstanding customer service by answering inquiries and addressing customer concerns.
-Utilize our easy finance options with a 98% approval rate to facilitate sales.
-Stay informed about our 200+ vendors and exclusive products to offer customers the best options.
-Participate in ongoing training and support from sales managers.
-Leverage our extensive internet presence and technologically advanced showroom to drive sales.
Requirements:
-Proven experience in furniture, home goods, or fashion sales (required).
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Positive attitude, honesty, enthusiasm, and goal-oriented mindset.
-Ability to be coached and adaptable to change.
-Spanish speaking is a plus.
