Event Planner needed to coordinate and host events at a popular movie theater that is also an event space.
Applicant must have their own small independent Event Planning company. This is a freelance consulting position. You will need to show proof of LLC, INC or other business formation.
Events include: Filmmaker screenings, panels, comedy shows, birthday parties, meetings, political events, school trips and more.
Responsibilities include:
- Timely correspondence to all inquiries.
- Provide price quotes to perspective clients.
- Coordinate all aspects of testing 7 days prior to event (files, photos, etc.)
- All movie files must be tested (if not familiar with projector, etc., we will train)
- Track event quotes, invoices and payments
- Maintain an event calendar for multiple screen
- Work closely with Cafe and movie theater staff.
- Conduct and/or coordinate site tours of our facility
When not hosting an event, you will be able to answer email and coordinate events from home.
