Minimum 8 years experience in the field as a site superintendent
Candidate must be able to perform layout on jobsite
Must have computer and email skills to communicate with team members on projects
Working knowledge of MEP systems and steel
Retail and ground-up experience is a plus
OSHA Certification
Provides leadership to the Project team through planning, problem solving, communication and diligent follow-up.
Manages labor relations of all subcontractors.
Coordinates the activities of all trades to achieve the project quality and schedule requirements
Enforces contract terms and requirements on all subcontractors
Executes Quality Control processes
Coordination of required third party inspection parties and engineers in a timely manner.
Responsible for establishing and maintaining a safe worksite at all times in compliance with all applicable laws authorities having jurisdiction pertaining to construction sites.
Manages all logistics for the jobsite including deliveries, material storage, security.
Interfaces with local building department officials and governmental agency inspectors.
Manages and maintains project schedule
Responsible for maintaining daily logs
Leads weekly subcontractor trade meetings
Works closely with project management staff
Manages and reviews ticket work
Responsible for demobilization of construction sites
