We are seeking an experienced Estimator/Business Partner who can help grow our company by bringing in new jobs,preparing bids and managing projects. This role is commission - based with profit sharing, with the opportunity to grow into a long- term partnership for the right person. Responsibility: Find new residential and commercial projects. Prepare estimates,budgets,bid proposals. Build relationships with clients,architects,developers and property managers. Manage subcontractors and assist with project oversight.
