Effectively plans deliverables, tasks and dependencies and drives execution to deliver product or solution offerings. Develops and monitors Product, Project, and Business KPIs. Manages scope and project risk and leads discussion to mitigate impacts. Possesses advanced oral & written communication skills with the Project Team and the Stakeholders to share commitments and status as well as to drive action and meet commitments. Ensures application of the Honeywell NPI processes from feasibility (P0) through market launch (P4). Achieves committed product delivery, quality, service, and financial goals. Informs business leaders as soon as an “out of bounds” condition develops. Develops recovery plan in a timely fashion. Successfully completes the commercialization of assigned program consistent with agreed-to measures (i.e., achievement of sales goals, customer satisfaction, NPV, schedule conformance, Budget). Drives all elements of the value chain (marketing, sales, services, etc.) to reach agreed upon goals for the product. Delivers consistent, credible communication with key stakeholders (status reports & reviews, Passport reviews, risks, issues, wins/loses). Utilizes tools/resources to effectively manage Business (MS Project, MS Office, Resource Management, Daptiv, Rally, Confluence, Forecast Spreadsheets, Budget Planning and Tracking). Effectively leverages available technology and portfolio. Deliverables are consistent with customer needs and expectations, meets business goals. This position’s preferred location is Pittsford, NY, or Framingham, MA, and will manage a local and geographically diverse team of employees and contract staff.
