Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Leads project team to assess, develop and execute the project plan within the assigned budget and timeline. Effectively plans deliverables, tasks and dependencies and drives execution to deliver product or solution offerings. Develops and monitors Product, Project, and Business KPIs. Manages scope and project risk and leads discussion to mitigate impacts. Possesses advanced oral & written communication skills with the Project Team and the Stakeholders to share commitments and status as well as to drive action and meet commitments. Ensures application of the Honeywell NPI processes from feasibility (P0) through market launch (P4). Achieves committed product delivery, quality, service, and financial goals. Informs business leaders as soon as an “out of bounds” condition develops. Develops recovery plan in a timely fashion. Successfully completes the commercialization of assigned program consistent with agreed-to measures (i.e., achievement of sales goals, customer satisfaction, NPV, schedule conformance, Budget). Drives all elements of the value chain (marketing, sales, services, etc.) to reach agreed upon goals for the product. Delivers consistent, credible communication with key stakeholders (status reports & reviews, Passport reviews, risks, issues, wins/loses). Utilizes tools/resources to effectively manage Business (MS Project, MS Office, Resource Management, Daptiv, Rally, Confluence, Forecast Spreadsheets, Budget Planning and Tracking). Effectively leverages available technology and portfolio. Deliverables are consistent with customer needs and expectations, meets business goals. This position’s preferred location is Pittsford, NY, or Framingham, MA, and will manage a local and geographically diverse team of employees and contract staff. Occasional travel is required 10% of the time or less.YOU MUST HAVE:Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics3+ years experience in Program ManagementWE VALUE:Project Manager Professional (PMP) certified or willing to achieveCSM or Scrum Master Certification is a plusCross-functional experience across diverse disciplines (i.e., Marketing, Design/Dev/QA, Finance, OPS, Supply Chain) Regional experience considered a plusDemonstrated project management capabilities and experienceStrong verbal and written skills to present project status to project team and to BU leadershipExperience in risk mitigation techniquesAgility (i.e., ability to be effective in an environment of continuous change)Demonstrated ability in past SW-based program managementCan-Do Mindset (i.e., willing to go through, around, over, or under barriers to achieve the desired results)Interpersonal (coaching, mentoring, influencing, lead and motivate)Honeywell is an equal opportunity employer.
