Monday, Tuesday, Friday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Wednesday, Thursday: 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our internal medicine practice. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, support physicians, and ensure smooth clinical operations.Key Responsibilities:
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Monitor patient health and record vital signs.
Assist with patient examinations and procedures.
Maintain accurate patient records using EPIC.
Provide patient education and support.
Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to deliver comprehensive patient care.
Perform routine laboratory tests and sample collections.
Manage patient appointments and follow-ups.
Qualifications:
Valid LPN license in New York State.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as an LPN.
Proficiency in using EPIC electronic health records system.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
