Job Title: Assembly B Job Code: 14329 Job Location: Rochester, NY Job Schedule: Weekend Shift - 3 /12 hour shifts Job Description: This person will contribute to the company’s success by performing a wide variety of mechanical or electro-mechanical assembly operations on mechanical assemblies, sub-assemblies, or end products. Essential Functions:

Performs a variety of mechanical or electro-mechanical assembly operations on mechanical assemblies, sub-assemblies, or end products in a repetitive nature

Follows an engineered assembly process, but may require the ability to adjust, fit, or align parts

Uses hand tools such as long nose pliers, screw drivers, soldering irons, and wrenches

Maintains consistent quality and productivity levels

Uses Microsoft Office programs

Identifies problems and contributes to process improvements

Performs some hand soldering on electronic assemblies

Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced, flexible production environment

Works as part of a team and collaborates to accomplish tasks

Traversing across the production floor for the duration of their shift (up to 12 hours).

Able to transport up to 25 lbs.

Other duties as assigned

Ability to work overtime as needed

Qualifications :

Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 4 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience.

Preferred Additional Skills:

Strong mechanical background

L3Harris product knowledge

Capable of identifying problems and contributing to process improvements through the L3Harris E3 continuous improvement process

Able to read and interpret mechanical drawings and Bills of Material

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $35,780 - $54,500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
