Will leverage their deep market knowledge and relationships to align product development with Kodak’s strengths. Individual will have the relevant experience, knowledge, and network to appropriately identify the proper business opportunities that creates positive value to Kodak in this key growth category.They will be responsible for commercial and relationship management of existing and new accounts.Responsibilities:Develop Market Strategy: Understand market opportunities Determine Kodak strengths and weaknesses Perform competitive assessment Identify market participation strategy Develop manufacturing / service strategy Develop technology roadmap Develop investment requirements and strategies Manage and Develop New Sales Accounts: Drive growth with new accounts. Assist in negotiating contracts Implement agreements as needed Develop product and pricing strategies Execute on pricing and sales targetsManage Existing Accounts: Manage demand and supply forecast Address any customer concerns, support problem solving, commercial issues Develop and negotiate commercial terms Interface with manufacturing and supply chain teamsMarketing: Intelligence on Market Pricing Competitor intelligence General trends in IndustryProfit & Loss Management: Ensure financial commitments are achievedMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

B.S. in Technical or Business

Demonstrated broad knowledge of renewable energy / battery industry

A track record of delivering growth and profitable results in start-up business environment

Ability to manage a fluid environment of shifting priorities in a new business development arena

Strong interpersonal skills

Highly effective at building and driving collaborations across organizational boundaries

Motivated, self-starter

Project leadership and good organizational skills.
