Compliance Officer

Description We are partnering with a well-respected client to find a talented Human Resource Generalist to come aboard a high performing team. The HR Generalist is responsible for completing a variety of tasks to support the daily operations of the HR department. Main assignments will involve comparing HR laws to current policies and procedures, drafting templates for HR documents and working with other members of the department to oversee the hiring and onboarding process for company employees. Craft onboarding plans and educating newly hired employees on HR policies, internal procedures, and regulations

Work with outside vendors, upper management, and employees to maintain CSR standards conscripted by authorities

Support physical and digital files for employees and their documents, benefits and attendance records

Generate official internal documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, salary slips and warning letters

Create employee engagement plans, getting necessary budget approval and initiating activities

Produce a recruitment plan and calendar according to operation and sales projections

Deliver employee satisfaction surveys and give actionable insights to improve employees experience

Employ HR software to manage payroll and employee benefits, including bonuses, leaves, and absences administration

Gauge employee performance and appraises their pay scale accordingly

Be comfortable taking appropriate disciplinary action against employees who violate rules and regulations and addresses employee grievances Requirements

Comfortable developing and managing interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company

Strong organization skills

Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field required

Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

3+ years of human resources experience

Capacity to apply discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive information

Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

PHR/SPHR or other relevant certifications a plus
