Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Data Entry specialist in Rochester, New York. The role is within the construction and contracting industry, where you will be responsible for handling and organizing data, maintaining customer records, and providing quality customer service.Responsibilities: Processing and accurately entering customer data in a timely manner Utilizing 10-key skills to perform calculations and data tasks Providing exceptional customer service to resolve inquiries and issues Managing email correspondence professionally and efficiently Utilizing Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for data entry and documentation Organizing files and documents to ensure efficient retrieval and storage Conducting regular scanning of documents for digital storage and backup Typing documents, correspondence, and other materials as required. Requirements Minimum of one year experience in a data entry role within the construction/contractor industry Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word Excellent typing skills Proficient in 10-key data entry Experience in organizing files and scanning documents Ability to perform calculations accurately Proven customer service skills Experience in professional email correspondence Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines High level of attention to detail and accuracy Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information responsibly High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
