Regional Sales ManagerOne of my best clients, a leading precision CNC manufacturing cutting tool manufacturer, is looking for an Area Sales Manager. A bit about the company :For over 40 years, they have been a leading US and international cutting machine tool manufacturer. They are recession-durable. They offer great benefits and a culture you can build a career in successfully. They are structured, stable, and high tech.The job :Building and fostering customer relationships. Promoting the sale of Company products and providing technical sales support. Conferring with Applications Engineers to assess equipment needs.Developing, presenting, or responding to proposals for specific customer requirements.Proactively visit customer facilities to review outstanding engineering and service-related problems, including strategic reviews of sales opportunities. Visit customer facilities to resolve complex engineering issues.Semiannual visits to OEM stateside and international factories.Develop strategic and tactical plans to accomplish yearly sales goals. Partner with engineering staff for demonstrations.Minimal RequirementsTechnical sales experience of industrial equipment. 3-5 years in B2B sales / Business Development of relevant products.
