Validates supplemental orders and processes per policy.Supports Field Staff.Provides field staff assistance and resources for appropriate day to day issues as they arise under the direction of the team manager/designee. Remains available to assist in other duties deemed appropriate to the scope of practice of an LPN.Program Review. Collects, organizes and reviews various programs for information and reporting and initiates follow up.Discharges. Performs functions related to transfers or discharges as required by regulation.Clerical Work.Performs general office duties/projects including but not limited answering phones, documentation/order processing, copying, filing, mailing, and obtaining/ordering office supplies.Orientation. Assists in orientation of new staff, role modeling, participates in quality assurance activities.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: M - Medium Work - Exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects; Requires frequent walking, standing or squatting.PAY RANGE: $23.85 - $29.25The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for successful applicants. It may be modified in the future.
