Follow work instructions and specifications to fabricate eyeglass lenses according to prescription requirements. Inspect lenses for accuracy in prescription, lens thickness, and cosmetic quality. Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to uphold safety and quality standards. Communicate effectively with team members to prioritize tasks and meet production goals. Adhere to company policies and procedures related to quality control and compliance. Other duties as assigned. Specific job duties vary by department.Requirements: Previous experience working in an optical lab setting preferred. Proficiency in using optical lab equipment and tools preferred. Strong mechanical aptitude a plus. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity. Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
