Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Property Manager in Rochester, New York. This role plays a crucial part in our non-profit organization's accounting functions, with a focus on handling customer applications, maintaining customer records, and resolving customer inquiries.Responsibilities: Accurately process customer credit applications in a timely manner. Maintain and update customer credit records consistently. Resolve customer inquiries and disputes related to accounting issues. Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions when necessary. Assist in the management of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR). Perform billing functions and manage cash activity. Utilize Accounting Software Systems and Microsoft Office Suites for various accounting tasks. Handle financial services using ADP - Financial Services. Work with Great Plains (GPAC) and Yardi for accounting functions. Comply with the standards of Low Income Tax Credit Housing (LITCH). Maintain proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and financial reporting.Requirements Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems Experience with ADP - Financial Services Knowledge of Great Plains (GPAC) Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suites Understanding of Accounting Functions such as Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) Familiarity with Billing Functions and Cash Activity management Knowledge of Yardi software system Understanding of Low Income Tax Credit Housing (LITCH) Ability to work in the non-profit sector Previous experience in a similar role would be beneficial Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
