Cedar Park Med has immediate openings for Med-Surg Registered Nurses (RN).

You will be responsible for the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of patients.

Job Responsibilities :

Assess, identify appropriate nursing diagnoses, plan, implement and evaluate patients care

Adjust and administer patient's medication and provide treatments according to physician's orders

Observe and interpret patient's symptoms and communicate them to physicians

Perform direct patient care & routine procedures (blood pressure measurements, administering injections, etc.) and fill in patients' charts

Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records

Maintain patient, physician, and staff confidentiality

Perform all other related nursing duties as needed

Requirements :

BSc or another diploma from a nursing program

Valid nursing license

Proven experience as Registered Nurse

Knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures and emergency care

In-depth knowledge of health and safety guidelines and procedures (sanitation, decontamination, etc.) and willingness to follow them at all times

Patient with superb problem-solving and multi-tasking skills

The ideal candidate will be an accountable and well-trained professional, able to give the best nursing care with little supervision, and be able to follow health and safety guidelines faithfully and consistently.
