Description We are in search of a Service Associate - Insurance Services, ESR to join our team in ROCHESTER, New York. The role involves providing technical product processing support and ensuring accurate and efficient handling of client data related to payroll and health insurances. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing the data and submitting it to the HRIS system, ensuring timely and accurate problem resolution, and working alongside other service representatives to maintain client satisfaction.Responsibilities: Accept and process client data related to their company employees' payroll and health insurances. Submit data accurately into the HRIS system in accordance with the Affordable Care Act. Provide basic technical product processing support for standard ESR clients. Work hand in hand with the Dedicated Service Representative to resolve client issues. Leverage information from internal and external resources such as Salesforce and IRS website to solve issues related to ESR services. Develop and maintain knowledge of new and existing client account setups, their corresponding systems, and ESR processes. Maintain accurate records of all internal and external communications to document client needs and responses. Ensure timely and efficient resolution of client issues to maintain ongoing client satisfaction. Adhere to departmental service level agreements within ESR Services. Utilize excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks efficiently. Requirements Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is necessary for data management and analysis tasks. Prior experience in Payroll management and Insurance services is required. Understanding of Benefit Functions is essential for employee welfare and benefits administration. Ability to manage and optimize Websites for business operations. Prioritization skills are needed for effective task management. Knowledge of Mitigation strategies for risk management is required. Familiarity with Treasury operations is beneficial. Experience with HRIS System for efficient HR management is essential. Problem Resolution skills are necessary for addressing and resolving issues efficiently. Understanding of Service Level Agreements to manage vendor relationships effectively. Knowledge of IRS regulations and compliances for financial transactions. Ability to handle External Communication effectively with clients and stakeholders. Proficiency in Setups for implementing systems and processes. Experience working with External Partners for business collaborations. Ability to Interprets complex data and make informed decisions. Familiarity with External Resources like vendors and third-party services. Experience with Paychex payroll service is beneficial. Understanding of Affordable Care Act and its implications on company policies. Experience with Salesforce Platform for customer relationship management. Strong Organizational skills for efficient workflow management. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS  Live and exemplify the Five Principles of Mars, Inc. within self and team.  Actively recruit new clients by promoting hospital services and route the flow of clients and pets to ensure superior client care and maximum productivity of the veterinary medical team.  Maximize the number of pets seen by the hospital team through through a productive and efficiently run hospital to support the needs of our wellness plan clients.  Provide professional, efficient and exceptional service at all times. This includes encouraging hospital visits, welcoming clients and pets, ensuring that they are comfortable in the hospital, and educating them about their pet\'s health.  Educate clients about Optimum Wellness Plans, preventative care, pet health needs and hospital services Assist incoming clients by completing the required documentation, entering all pet information and history in the computer, utilizing proper collars and tags for identification, and ensuring prompt service.  Assist outgoing clients by providing all necessary instructions, information and invoices, dispensing prescription items per the veterinarian\'s instructions, selling retail products and scheduling future appointments.  Manage the finances by maintaining accurate balances and utilizing proper opening and closing procedures.  Conduct administrative functions as necessary.  Other job duties as assigned.
