Job Title: Service TechnicianJob DescriptionJoin our dynamic Global Service team, responsible for the implementation and customer acceptance of products worldwide. This role involves extensive travel across the United States, Canada, and globally. As a Service Technician, you will provide troubleshooting for our product line, onsite installation support, hands-on training to skill trades/maintenance team members, production support/operator training, and interface with the engineering team to ensure product safety and operation. You will also manage documentation control, and mechanical changes through service reports, and communicate the scope of work with customers prior to service visits.Hard Skills
Provide troubleshooting for all product lines.
Provide onsite installation support (both hands-on and supervision).
Provide skilled trades/maintenance team members with hands-on training.
Provide onsite production support/operator training.
Interface with the engineering team to ensure safe and operative products.
Document control and mechanical changes through service reports.
Communicate the scope of work with a customer prior to the scheduled service visit.
