Lead the comprehensive KPMG US ServiceNow strategy, roadmap and delivery; provide support and insight for KPMG Americas which involves working with multiple internal and global teams to schedule and assess the impact of planned initiatives on the platform and set goals for enterprise use of each relevant module, process transformation requirements, and best practices for utilizing various platform solutions

Possess a detailed understanding of ServiceNow that can be used to develop enterprise solutions aimed at driving an organization's digital transformation; utilize thorough knowledge of a platform's capabilities and the most effective methods to achieve desired digital transformation objectives along with deep business process knowledge

Manage a proficient ServiceNow team to handle the operational tasks involved in guiding the development, design, implementation, operations and support of the technology vision, strategy, and roadmap for the ServiceNow platform; stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement while leveraging AI and leading middle and back office business transformation; minimize technical debt and improve team and platform operations

Enhance performance, quality, and cost-efficiency of the delivery function by defining and executing appropriate resourcing, offshoring scope, and utilization strategies, as well as increasing automation and process efficiency; report value creation and tracking to leadership

Oversee the execution of the architecture and technical strategy while managing a large team of expert, intermediate, and junior employees; collaborate with third-party outsourced or captive provider teams that adhere to specified technical guidelines and standard operating procedures; create and lead product teams responsible for establishing standards, processes, governance, and an engagement model for services essential to the firmwide ServiceNow platform

Convey the vision and business value of constructing, supporting, developing, and advancing the ServiceNow platform by steering the analysis of initiative requests for development, evaluating feasibility, and assessing the effort/cost balance; lead and report insights through proper governance channels

Qualifications:

Minimum ten years of recent demonstrated experience in leading ServiceNow teams, delivering successful technology projects and deep agile experience leading SAFe product teams

Bachelor's degree (Master's degree preferred) from an accredited college/university in computer science, information technology, or a similar field; ServiceNow certifications, for example, Certified System Administrator and Certified Implementation Specialist, are highly recommended

Comprehensive knowledge of ServiceNow that can be harnessed to create enterprise solutions aimed at driving an organization's digital middle and back-office transformation; extensive knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, including modules like IT Service Management, IT Operations Management, Employee Center, Lifecycle Events, Integrated Risk Management and HR Service Delivery

Proficiency in enterprise requirements essential for the successful implementation of a complex SaaS or PaaS solution, with a strong focus on security, data, and business usage needs; outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to quickly and easily connect dots and learn legacy application connectivity and reliance on ServiceNow platform; robust architectural skills, with expertise in designing scalable and secure solutions; familiarity with and application of Generative AI in large-scale, complex organizations

Excellent project management abilities, capable of prioritizing and managing multiple projects; capability to develop strategic organizational and resource plans, defining future business and leadership requirements; experience in leading and managing high performing teams through periods of change and uncertainty

Competence in working with business leaders to understand their needs and convert those insights into actionable transformation deliverables; effective executive written and verbal communication; exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, enabling effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels
