Responsibilities:
- Kitchen operations, including food prep, cooking, and presentation
- Develop and maintain house recipes to ensure consistent quality and taste
- Create innovative and appealing menu items and specials
- Monitor food inventory, create food/supply orders
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and sanitation standards
- Collaborate with management to develop seasonal and specialty menus
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to food storage and rotation guidelines
Requirements:
- Experience as a cook or similar role in a kitchen setting
- Understanding of food safety regulations and kitchen operations
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
- Creativity and a passion for culinary arts
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Nights and weekends availability
