Root Catering is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join our growing culinary team. Focusing on a farm to table concept, we cater large weddings and events throughout the WNY area.
Qualifications / Experience:
- Management experience in a professional kitchen is a must.
- Culinary school or 3-5 years working in professional kitchen is a must.
- Desire to learn, grow professionally.
- Positive attitude, motivated, team player.
- 35+ hours per week. Saturday availability a must. Sundays preferred.
- Comfortable driving a 18 foot food truck.
- Able to lift 50 lbs.
- Off site catering experience preferred.
