Rochester/Brighton Area Café. Seasonal menu based on organic and local foods. Ingredients are sourced from local farms, bakeries, and meat producers. Open kitchen requires friendly, approachable people.
Applicants must possess a great work ethic and a desire to serve quality food.
ï Good customer service skills key
ï Creative in the kitchen soups, specials and salads
ï Nutritional knowledge
ï Healthy menu ideas ( Greens and grains, Gluten free, Vegan)
ï Must be organized and perform work in a timely manor
ï Serve Safe certified is a plus but not required. We adhere to all food safety standards.
ï Punctuality and attendance is a must. Reliable transportation is therefore required.
