Responsibilities:
Prepare and execute brunch dishes made from scratch
Work cleanly and efficiently during busy service
Follow recipes, prep lists, and food safety standards
Support the kitchen team with prep and breakdown
Ideal Candidate:
Kitchen or line cook experience preferred (but not required for the right person)
Calm under pressure and team-oriented
Passion for food and quality ingredients

Provide warm, friendly table service
Take orders accurately and efficiently

Prior serving experience preferred

Responsibilities:
Greet guests and take orders at the counter
Slice, toast, and assemble bagels and grab-and-go items
Handle POS transactions accurately
Keep front counter clean, stocked, and organized

Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Morning availability is a plus
