Are you outgoing, organized, and passionate about creating great first impressions? The Winfield Grill, a beloved neighborhood bar and grill in Rochester, NY since 1933, is looking for a professional host/hostess to join our fast-paced team!
What You'll Do:
Greet and seat guests with a warm, friendly smile
Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently
Coordinate with servers for smooth seating rotations
Answer phones and assist with takeout orders
Help maintain a clean and welcoming entrance area
Contribute to our positive, team-oriented atmosphere
We're Looking For:
Excellent communication and multitasking skills
A professional, upbeat personality
Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
Previous hosting or customer service experience preferred (but we'll train the right person!)
Ability to thrive in a busy environment
