Job Description: Food Truck Line Cook
Direct Supervisor: Kitchen Supervisor
Employment Type: Full time or part time
Primary Responsibilities:
The food truck line cook's primary goal is to serve guests in a warm, accommodating, and professional manner ensuring 100% guest satisfaction. The food truck line cook must responsibly and intelligently serve guests as well as maintain an organized, efficient food truck.
This staff member must provide a consistent level of service that meets the standards of the company and exceeds the expectations of the guest. Weekend availability is a must.
Essential Duties:
Ensure you are following proper sanitation procedures.
Know and comply consistently with our standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards, policies, and procedures.
Stock and maintain sufficient levels of food products to assure a smooth service period.
Assists in food prep assignments
Prepare and serve the food.
Brewery Policies and Procedures
Adhere to accounting procedures for all transactions.
Adhere to posted work schedule and follow proper procedures for shift changes.
Adhere to uniform, grooming, and hygiene standards.
Attend staff meetings when scheduled.
Have a general knowledge of all beverages and history of the Brewery.
This is a tipped position where all team members receive cash and credit card tips in addition to base pay.
The base pay range for this position is $15.00 - $18.00 per hour. The determination of what a specific employee in this job classification is paid within the range depends on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, prior employment history/job-related knowledge, qualifications and skills, etc."
