Title: Cultivation Technician
Description
We’re seeking motivated individuals to join our cultivation team during a critical time in our grow cycle. This is a hands-on, outdoor role ideal for those who enjoy working with plants, don’t mind getting their hands dirty, and can thrive in physically active environments. No prior experience is required — just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with harvesting plants from outdoor fields
- Cut down, collect, and transport plants for processing
- Remove fan leaves and prepare plants for drying
- Support cultivation team with general field maintenance and cleanup
- Follow instructions from the Cultivation Manager and team leads
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment
- Adhere to all safety and compliance protocols at all times
Qualifications:
- No previous experience required — training will be provided
- Must be comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor (bending, standing, walking) for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Must be 21+ and able to obtain any state-required credentials or badges
Dress Code:
- They will be outside so dress for the elements. Please wear close toed shoes.
