Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day office operations, including scheduling, filing, and handling correspondence.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.
Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and project documentation.
Process invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documents.
Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring the office is well-stocked and operational.
Support HR functions, including maintaining employee records and assisting with onboarding.
Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project coordination.
Provide general administrative support to the management team as needed.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an office administrator or in a similar administrative role.
Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Previous experience in the construction industry is a plus but not required.
