Provide customers with product information and assist with resolving their issues.

Deliver prompt, professional solutions for customer inquiries.

Work to meet immediate goals of customer interaction.

Training and managing service staff in best consumer service practices.

Representing the opinions and suggestions of the customers to the company so the company has feedback from its customers.

Suggesting improvements to customer service to higher management and staff.

Implementing improvements to customer service.

Customer solutions, technical work, organization and analyzing data are at the heart of what your job will entail. For the most part, you'll:

Manage service team to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.

Provide technical support for customers and technicians.

Reviews technicians' work to ensure quality meets established standards.

Organize training and ongoing support for install teams.

Ensuring compliance with company and OSHA Standards.

Create service standards, work instructions, and diagnostic processes.

Knowledge of preventative maintenance and troubleshooting procedures.

Requirements:

Experienced in basic computer setup standards.

Organized and clear communicator.

Passion for customer service, continuous improvement culture and safety.

Salary Range: $56,160 to $68,640 + Benefits (Send resume to apply)
