Element of Pride is a full-service residential and commercial remodeling company seeking experienced Home Remodelers to join our growing team. Pay ranges from $25–$42 per hour, based on skill and experience.

Scope of work we perform.
We specialize in:
Kitchen and bathroom remodels
Tile installation
Framing and finish carpentry
Drywall and painting
Flooring (all types except carpet and hardwood)
Rough and finish electrical
Rough and finish plumbing
Cabinetry installation
Painting
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of hands-on remodeling or skilled trades experience
Capable of managing day-to-day jobsite operations with minimal supervision
Good leadership and communication skills
Must own a full set of hand tools and basic power tools
Reliable transportation and a valid, clean driver’s license
Professional, dependable, and customer-focused attitude
Able to provide references from previous work
