Residential / Commercial Painter – Element of Pride
Element of Pride is a full-service remodeling company serving the Greater Rochester area. We are seeking an experienced Painter with strong residential and commercial skills to join our team. Pay ranges from $25–$35 per hour, depending on experience and performance.

Scope of Work
This position includes, but is not limited to:
Interior painting and occasionally staining.
Surface preparation (patching, sanding, caulking, priming)
Drywall touch-ups and minor repairs
Trim, doors, and cabinetry finishing
Spraying, rolling, and brushing with precision
Color matching and finish selection assistance
Jobsite setup, masking, and cleanup
Occasional collaboration on full-scale remodel projects

Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of professional painting experience (residential and/or commercial)
Skilled in all phases of prep and finish work
Able to produce high-quality results efficiently and consistently
Strong eye for detail and clean workmanship
Reliable transportation and a valid, clean driver’s license
Experience with airless and HVLP sprayers preferred
Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or with a small crew
Comfortable communicating directly with homeowners and teammates
