The Office of Fraternity and Sorority Affairs invites applications for the Associate Director positions. Individuals will get to work with a vibrant fraternity and sorority community that has a rich and spirited history. We are seeking an individual who will positively contribute to a collaborative and success-driven environment.The Associate Director will work closely with key stakeholders in various departments across the University. They will also advise at least 2 councils and several chapters and manage the expansion process of the fraternity and sorority community, DEIA initiatives, and supervise two professional staff members.Reporting to the Director of Fraternity and Sorority Affairs, the Associate Director will assist with the development and support of advisors and alumni engagement initiatives. This individual will also assist in overseeing the day-to-operations of the office and ensure there is timely communication.
