This is an amazing opportunity for new and experienced therapists who are looking for an opportunity to make a difference in the lives of children and families struggling with Autism, ADHD, and other neurodevelopmental disorders. Therapists work closely with the clinical team to provide evidence-based treatment to children, adults, and families. Primary duties include providing evidenced-based care to parents, children/adolescents, and adults.Our team of psychologists, social workers, mental health counselors, marriage and family therapists, and behavior analysts is collaborative, supportive, and committed to providing the highest quality care. The qualities that define our clinical services are evident within our team atmosphere and ensure a positive and fulfilling work environment for all our clinicians. If you are looking to work with colleagues who support and encourage each other, collaborate regularly, and are drama-free this is the position for you!We meet on a weekly basis to share resources and ideas, and receive valuable clinical training in the areas of cognitive-behavioral and behavioral approaches to the assessment and treatment of neurodevelopmental disorders on an ongoing basis. Treatment sessions are currently held both in-person and through telehealth. Work schedules are flexible with options for 4 or 5 day work weeks, remote work, as well as a 35-hour work week. Options to specialize clinically within neurodevelopmental disorders are also available.Therapists have the opportunity to advance within the agency and engage in both the assessment and treatment of patients!   • Works in accordance with the practice act for New York State, which includes the evaluation and treatment or the prevention of disability, injury and disease. Has an understanding of Medicare/Medicaid rule regarding outpatient services for physical therapy.
