Work life balance is really really good here and benefits are awesome.Duties you'll be involved in includeHelp prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.Collaborate with department heads to develop annual operating budgets and long-term financial forecasts.Help oversee the organization's general ledger activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closings.Maintain accuracy and integrity of financial records Implement internal controls and procedures to safeguard financial assets and minimize risk.Help manage grants and contracts accounting processes, including budget development, expense tracking, and reporting.Ensure compliance with grantor requirements and regulatory guidelinesMonitor grant spending and provide regular financial reports to program managers and grantors.Requirements Excel Formulas experienceGeneral accounting experienceExcellent communication skillsRobert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
