Lead Warehouse Associate

With a team of over 1,500 nationwide associates, TMG is seeking an individual who can uniquely contribute to our 30+ years of success in the industry.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Supervise a staff of 2 warehouse associates

Receives and process inbound/outbound Purchase order shipments

Receive and process inbound/outbound FedEx shipments

Review and update all PO receipts in Procurement module and /in or IT Assets in snow (Service Now)

Communicates w/end-users and other Receiving Teams all locations to obtain receipt confirmations, receipts PO's

Process stock withdrawal requests, pick, pack prepare for delivery

Review receipts posted to inventory (receipt of purchase orders and miscellaneous items entered on-line)

Researches and notifies end users of replenishment for stock items

Compile daily/weekly/monthly reports by exporting/formatting data to excel - Proficient in Excel

Initiates Inventory Cycle Counts weekly/monthly/yearly and make adjustments where applicable

Researches, recommends and initiates the disposal of obsolete inventory stock items

Prepares obsolete stock item destruction notices and maintains files

Make changes and adjustments to Bin Locations

Assists with Driving duties

QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have proficiency with Excel.

Must have previous Warehouse Supervisor experience

Must have Good Email and writing skills

Must be able to Multitask

Minimum 3 yrs. of Warehousing experience
